The Driftless Region is one of the only parts of America consistently missed by advancing glaciers over the millennia. This has preserved the unique topography of the region; Its famous bluffs, coulees, and small winding streams are simply mesmerizing. The music Wiltgen promotes is as compelling, organic, and timeless as the landscape that inspired it.
While music based on trends, gimmicks, and mass-appeal can at times be fun and engaging, seldom does it have the longevity & transformative power of music that stems from the soul and taps into the artist’s individual, yet universal, source. The vast ocean of consciousness will never go out of style.
